I am a Butler local who fishes at Lake Arthur quite often. If your thinking about fishing Lake Arthur the best fishing is early June for Hybrid Stripers. The best time is during the middle of the night, find a flat and catch some alweifes its a local bait fish you'll need a cast or seine net. You'll here the wipers slappin they are easy to find. Fish the alweifes weight less and hang on. If your out at night its a good channel cat lake to and if you can find Muddy Creek by the spill way, ask around, there are a lot of nice muskies. Hope this helps your trip.
