What can I say? I agree, this is one terrific little lake. Not much trout activity, but I caught just about everything else. Bluegill, Crappie, Yellow Perch, Pumpkinseed and even a little bass. Other than the weed beds (which are great for panfish)there are a few downed trees here and there in the water which are great to fish. It was my first time here and I walked around the whole lake. All in all, it's a fun little lake to fish.

This is a very fun lake to fish. Now by that, I mean that your going to be catching a good bit of fish. Now, I dont mean your going to be catching a lot of big trophy fish, your mainly going to be catching a good bit of Perch an Pan fish. I can never seem to have two pools in simultaneously, because as soon as I cast the first out, its getting some nice bites. If you look at the map below, the north side of the lake as always been better to me, it has some seaweed -hiding spots- and is a little deeper. I have seen my share of trout, bass, carp, and some catfish in this lake. I'm not sure if it has walleye or musk eye, though I have seen a lot smaller lakes -Kooser Lake- with musk eye in it. All in all, this is a fun lake to fish with my wife, also, has some nice swings an pavilions for the kids-family. The bathrooms can be re-done though, there like something out of a horror movie.
