The bass were biting on spinners. They were small since the lake was just stocked. I caught a fresh perch and it was delicious. Goose island was risky this year. Were attacked a couple times, but the catch is def worth it. BBL fo life

Were it not for my keen survivor skills and knowledge of science, we could have put that whole house into the lagoon, albeit in a bunch of fiery fragments. Grease fires are not a laughing matter, especially when one is conducted on top of a propane tank.

I took enough fish out of that pond to feed a small country. The fish police better construct legislation to limit how many sunnies I conquer, using primitive tricks, mind you, and drag out of there.

We went out to some night fishing. When we realized we forgot the poles, we decided to just yell a lot. That actually didn't work at all, unless you count catching cops.

I would like to drink beer, but I am allergic to grasses, so it just turns my whole nasal situation into a soggy mess. I don't like fishing, either, so I'll just take some perks and chill out.

Though I have yet to brave the elements of the BBL, I've heard tales of the arrogance and general "cavalier" attitudes of the inhabitants of the deep waters. I hope to correct such behavior and then take part in a mitzvah.

Caught Pickerel (up to 18"), some smaller large mouth bass, and a few yellow perch. BEst luck wwas with spinners, and some floating rapallas. No live bait used at all. Heading back for the same weekend in 2009.

A lot of activity with the stocked lake. Spinners and Jigs worked for me last year. Fish were on the smaller side since we went in the begining of the season. Watch out for the Bee Keeper

I found that perch were susceptible to human factors but were nonetheless easy to catch. I was also surprised to find many a lure among Goose Island. It seems that may be a popular spot to lay lake beasts to rest. Yet, perhaps another time will come when the largemouth run deeper than the cold winter tide.

We dispatched myriad shiners amongst the boneyard. Though some lay sodden and retired betwixt the rubble and entropy of Big Bass, a select squadron found our target. Bringing forth to the starboard a 22-inch chain pickerel. Further to the point, a llama was seen "perched" on the island, as if one million dreams were spent on his worries, til found he a hearty lunch. Oh and Cameron crapped his pants twice, which was awesome.

Ehh... the perch doesn't taste that good if you eat it raw straight from the lake. I've had better.

There was no Wi-fi. All of the pollen was giving me allergies. The bee suit did not help, even though I was bug free. The fishing was OK, I guess
