Normaly this spot is a very good spot to fish but this time around it wasnt good at all. The water was probubly way to cold to do any good fishing plus, there were probubly close to 1000 dead shad spread on the bank. Dont know what could have caused the death of so many fish at one time.

We fished in mid-August in the upper river section of the lake. Started about 7 a.m. and fished all day. We caught four non-keepers on 10 inch worms Texas rigged. Beautiful Lake. Beautiful Lake.
