The owner of this property is my Uncle. These lakes are AWESOME for largemouth bass. Me and my friend have caught numerous 7-8 pounders. While we have caught these, we have let much bigger ones go. I plan on a state record bass coming out of these lakes. The smaller lake has tons of bass, but they seem a bit starved. Me and my buddy caught 50 or largemouth in a day out of this lake. The largest lake is covered in lilly pads, which makes difficult fishing, but we have yet to catch a bass in here under 3 pounds. This is where I will be fishing from now on. In fact, I have never been withut someone catching a 5 pound largemount.

Also, do NOT try to fish these lakes without first consulting the owner. You will regret it. And a few other things I forgot to mention is that I have not yet catfished here, though I have seen a dead catfish that looked to be abot 20 pounds. There is also pike here, but are usually very small (under a pound), but I have caught one decent one in the larger lake. It weighed 3 pounds. Crappie fishing is also good, as is bluegill.

I fished this lake with my Dad and Uncle back in the "70s. I have a fond remembrance of fishing creek minnows and catching nice Largemouth and Pike. I would love to find out how to get permission to fish this lake again. I have two grown sons who would LOVE this lake. Anyone with info would be greatly appreciated. I would be happy to do trash clean up or whatever is needed.I have lived and fished in Middle Tennessee my whole life and very much enjoy the small lakes and ponds.
