Tried fishing here. There's alot of trash in the water. Lost many hooks and a swim bait in the underwater roots. No luck this day, however, fish were jumping out of the water but could not tell what they were.

Tried fishing here. There's alot of trash in the waters edge. Lost several hooks and swimbaits on the underwater roots. No luck this day, however, I could see fish jumping out of the water but was unable to tell the type of fish it was.

Tried this lake a few times but they have been working on the park and have improved it considerably. Most of the trash is cleaned up, and it looks like they are still in the process of fixing it up. Hope they restock the lake soon!

Went today and didn't catch anything, however, I was fishing for whatever (Bass, Catfish, as I've heard there were both), and my boyfriend Alan caught 2 largemouth bass, although, he lost them on the way up the shore. Couldn't hook em today. lol We noticed a branch floating along the top of the water, and then going against the current, and then under and back up again, so Alan reeled in the branch, and just as we thought, there was a fish... and it was a GAR! :) Got a pic if you want to see. www.angellesanford.com (fwd slash) lionsparkgar.jpg. Fun day we had!
