Didn't find a lot of fish on the sonar, and that was reflected in our catch rate- 2 fish, 2 days. This is a natural lake, but the outflow has a 3-foot dam. Clear, deep, cold water, and unmarked rocks that stick up within a foot of the surface. Careful! But, it is a neat lake with deep humps and nice structure. I'd advise bringing a depth chart and making notes with your sonar as a guide so you don't lose your downrigger ball or put a hole in your hull. The launch is shallow and rocky, with a gravel ramp. You have to drive way into the water to get the boat off. You'd think after all these years and how much fisherman can spend that Greensboro would improve the launch! I'll probably drive to Willoughby or Seymour most of the time rather than have to drive so deep into the water.

It's not a proper reservoir, being a natural lake (although used as a water source by some).
