I found no shore fishing places except boat ramp area. All houses everywhere else. I think it's good fishing but you need a boat

You can reach bass right from the public access ramp. Using a texas rig with a plastic leach with chartreuse tail, cast past the lilly pads and reel into the lilly pads popping your rod up and down as you reel. Had lots of bites, nothing massive bass but great fighting fish around the 12 inch range. A green and white soft plastic worm also worked well too. There are smallmouth and largemouth the size of footballs in this lake. Best times to fish are early morning and late afternoons. Im sure the bass are more active through the spring and summer months. Water is very clear to be able to sight cast to holding bass. Good luck and hope this helps everyone catch fish.

Where is the best spot to catch Bass from the shore.

Within 20 minutes I had a 12 inch size rainbow trout on the line. Try fishing the middle of the lake and in coves. I caught a nice sized cutthroat. I will go back again in the early spring. Warning: fish at this lake fight hard. If you can reel them in, nice eating.

I like this lake. I caught a lot of fish.

This lake is over-rated. Would anyone tell me what bait to use?
