Good lk for planter trout after opening day. I fished the west side of the lk from 7:30 am till noon . limited out useing pink power eggs and a night crawler on 3 ft leader

Beautiful place to fish even when its breezy out. The southwest side of the pond is the most popular (and normally crowded) spot to fish but if you continue heading to the north from there you'll can find some nice spots to fish from land. You can even launch boats too!
