I just recently fished here. We didn't have very high quality lures or bait,so we didn't catch much. We brought a canoe. I recommend that if you plan to fish, you bring a boat as the only public access to the shore is the public boating dock, and of course there won't be ANY fish there. We didn't catch anything, but we weren't out there long and as already mentioned had low quality lures. However, I have heard that there are plenty of bass in the lake, and somebody recently caught one of the largest catfish ever to be seen in the county, it was about four feet long! (he was using a wedding ring lure, in case you're curious)
