Great place to hang out and drop a line for trout. Power bait, corn, worms, spinners, flies, they all seem to work in Texas pond. It doesn't get as much pressure as many other lakes, likely because it is so far off the beaten patt, including hiking trails... Nice quiet camping areas around the lake too.
