Used to catch large mouth bass pretty regular in the 2-3 lb range. Once in a while a 4-5 pounder. Also caught bluegill, crappie, a few cutthroat, suckers, and an occasional bullhead catfish. Lots of bull frogs. Access is very limited. Rails to Trails gets you to the east end, but the water is too weedy to fish there. You'll need to ask permission to use the driveway for parking on the north side of the lake if you want to hop the guard rail off HWY 20. Bank fishing is decent there for pan fish. Over all not worth the dangers of crossing the highway. Gets real weedy in mid to late summer. Need a canoe or light boat to get to the deeper water.
