I've fished this lake many times in the past, from a belly boat (float tube) it's great fishing for brookies and rainbows just trailing a worm with little weight. From shore the fishing is not AS good as tubing but tie on a small black fly with a weighted bobber (you'll need to get it out a ways) and you can do well with rainbows 12-20". Accessability is about as easy as you can get with the road being right off the highway but the steep rock hill and the surrounding pass make this a nice easy to get to camping and fishing spot.
