I am 15 years old and have been fishing here since was 3 years old, over the past years i have not only pulled in lots of great healthy fighting fish, but i have also pulled in trophies! I have caught Bullhead, Bluegill, awesome Crappies, and Huge out of the book Bass, i have caught bass up to 8 LBS, and all the way up to 23 inches, if you are a serious angler or just a an average person that just wants to get away and have fun like most, this is the lake for you! I have heard of giant nothern pike being pulled out of this lake including a 37 inch female that my father caught about 10 years ago and is now hanging on the living room wall, so there are a variety of fish in this lake and best of all theres a creek that runs right by it so you should bring your trout fishing pole aswell! Good luck on making the right decision in fishing at lake marion pond!
