was up there again this last weekend. caught a bunch of largemouths, a few rock bass, and a couple of bull heads. there were a few chases with the northerns, but didn't really hit on the worm that i was using. i did lose a few lures after setting the hook so it might have been the northerns. overall this lake has always produce and would recommend it to anyone who wants to give it a try.

I have fished this lake many of time. My buddy has a cabin on this lake and the majority of the time, large mouth and small mouth bass are very common. There are also crappies, sunnies and rock bass in abundance. There are occasional walleyes and northerns that are caught.

Was out there again this last weekend and did pretty well. Caught a 19 inch walleye off the dock. Also did very well with the large mouths, probably about 25 from Friday evening to Saturday afternoon, and about 6 small mouths and a few rock bass. Also got a couple of sunfish and bluegills and a northern to accompany to bass. Overall the fish are a smaller then from before, but I think the bigger fish has moved to deeper water. Going back up to Pipe Lake in a couple of weeks and will be trying some of the weed beds as I think that's where they will be heading to with the warmer weather. Good luck all!
