2 cups shelled crawfish
1bunch green onions
1 bunch parsley
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans tomato sauce
3 tablespoons worchestire sauce
CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE
2 to 3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
salt &pepper to taste
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
In large dutch oven saute onions and parsley in butter until leaves are half their normal size. Add to this all remaining ingredients, and simmer for 20 minutes or until crawfish are pink. If using cooked crawfish, 10 to 15 minutes is all you need. Just remember the longer the simmer without burning, the better the taste
Take it from a Real Cajun. This is the best and easiest Crawfish Etoufee you'll ever put in your mouth!. You can use any seafood for this recipe. Catfish is especially good.
