Fry 1/2 onion in about 4 tablespoons oil,
until onion is soft.
Add: 1 can (sm.) tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water (can add more, has to
cover fish)
Pinch of basil
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
6 potatoes
Cauliflower
2 lbs. haddock
Let cook 5 minutes. Add 6 potatoes (cubed), let cook 7 minutes. Add frozen cauliflower or brussel sprouts, cook about 5 minutes. Wash 2 pieces (about 2 pounds) frozen haddock. Add fish and let cook about 15 minutes.
