Recipe for Lobster Sauce with Pasta

Serves 4
1/2 - 1 stick Butter
shallots or onions
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
garlic powder
pepper
powdered chicken boullion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 cooked lobster tails - meat shredded in small pieces
pasta

Sauté the onions/shallots in the butter, then add flour to make a paste. Add milk, garlic powder, pepper, chicken bouillon, parsley and lobster. Cook for at least 30 minutes over low heat, then serve over cooked pasta with parmesan cheese. The sauce is better if made a day in advance and reheated to develop the flavor.
