1 lb. fresh or thawed Jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Cajun Injector Lemon Butter marinade
Cajun Shake
Starting at the head of the shrimp and inserting the injector all the way to the tail, inject 1/4 ounce of Lemon Butter marinade into each shrimp. Place the shrimp on a grill or griddle and season with Cajun Shake. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. During that time be sure to baste each shrimp at least twice on each side with the remaining marinade. There you have it folks, fantastic lemon butter shrimp.
