Recipe for Pan-Seared Whitefish Pizzaiola

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Wondra flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless whitefish, cod, haddock, or halibut
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
3 cups pizzaiola sauce
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle flour mixture, to lightly coat, on both sides of each fish fillet. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on medium-high, moving skillet to spread oil evenly. Place fish in skillet, skin side down (even though skin has been removed). When edges of fillets turn to white (about 1 to 2 minutes) turn fish over. Continue cooking until outside is golden and inside is milky white (about 2 to 3 minutes for 1-inch thick fillets). Add sauce and cook on low until heated throughout.
