Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

butter flavored cooking spray
2 pounds raw shrimp -- peeled
3/4 cup onion -- chopped
1/4 cup green onion -- chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper (red or green) -- chopped
1 pound mushrooms -- sliced
2 tablespoons liquid Butter Buds
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon parsley
2 cups rice -- cooked
Saute' onions, bell pepper and mushrooms in a skillet that has been sprayed
with butter flavored cooking spray until vegetables are just tender. Stir
in black pepper, garlic powder, liquid butter Buds and bay leaves. Add
shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink. Mix in warm rice. Let sit for a
few minutes before serving. Remove bay leaves. Sprinkle with parsley. *If
you use the red bell pepper, it makes a nice holiday casserole.
