3 ounces oil
4 each lemon wedges

Place fish in greased baking dish. Prepare 6-8 oz. suffing mix according to
package directions. Stuff fish; brush with oil. Cover; bake 425 degrees
20-25 minutes until fish flakes. Serve with lemon wedges.

1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons oil
4 each lemon wedges

Coat fish with a mixture flour and cornmeal, salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp
oil in skillet over medium heat; cook fish 5-6 minutes. Turn and cook 5-6
minutes until fish flakes. Serve with lemon wedges.
