Recipe for Seafood Gumbo

6 slices bacon
1 lg. chopped onion
1 stalk chopped celery
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. oil or bacon drippings
1 qt. whole tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 to 2 lb. shrimp
1 box frozen cut-up okra
Salt & pepper
Shrimp seasoning
1 can crab meat
Filet of fish
1/2 lb. link sausage

Fry bacon. Take out. Saute chopped onions and celery in bacon drippings, remove. Add flour in oil to make a dark brown roux. Add 6 cups of water. Chop up bacon; add to roux. Add onions, celery, tomatoes, tomato paste, sausage, okra, shrimp, salt, pepper, shrimp seasoning, crab meat and flake in fish. Simmer for 25 minutes. Serve over rice.
