1 pound Walleye Fillets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup onions, sliced
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 large green pepper, julienned
2 large tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 teaspoon Spice Hunter Fish Seasoning
Cut fillets into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, carrots and pepper; saute for 10 minutes. Add walleye and remaining ingredients. stirring well. Cover and reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent in the center.
