7 c. minced fish (your choice)
2/3 c. onion, minced
2 lg. eggs
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. cornstarch
Oil for deep frying
Minced garlic (optional)
Squeeze water out of fish before you mince. Mix all ingredients except cornstarch slowly to the mix. Mix well. Drop a level tablespoonful of mix into hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Best to eat hot with a sauce of your choice: Tartar, hot, soy, etc. Makes 8 to 10 dozen bite size pieces.
