Recipe for Beer Poached Grilled Salmon

12 oz Salmon Fillets
12 oz Beer
1 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped

Form large foil boat with aluminum foil, leaving top open. Place boat on grill over hot coals and add beer. Bring beer to boil, add salmon fillets. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Remove salmon from grill and allow remaining boat and beer to cool before disposing of.
