Serves 4:
2 7 oz. cans tuna
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbsp. chopped red onion
1/4 cup crumbled, cooked Armour Bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
Instructions:
Drain and flake tuna.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, onion and bacon.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and vinegar; toss lightly with broccoli mixture.
Top salad with tuna pieces.
