Recipe for Cod and Potato Salad

Makes 6 servings
2 c. cooked flaked fish
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives (optional)
1 c. diced celery
1/3 c. tartar sauce
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 red apples
Lettuce
Water cress

Combine fish, olives, celery, tartar sauce and mayonnaise. Core apples, do not peel, slice thin, add. Toss thoroughly to the mix. Serve on lettuce and water crest.
