Recipe for Conch Pepper Salad



6 large conchs
1 small sweet pepper
1 tbs. of fresh lime juice
2 sticks celery
1 small onion


Wash conchs thoroughly and pound until tender. Dice sweet pepper, onion, celery and conchs. Add lime juice. Makes 4 servings.

Alternatively, for a better flavor, use 4 fresh limes/lemons and a sour orange.
