Recipe for Crabmeat Salad

Serves 1:
4 oz cooked, drained crabmeat or kanimi
1 Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced celery
White pepper, to taste
Juice of half a lemon

Directions:
Toss the crabmeat and celery gently together with the lemon juice. Add the mayonnaise and white pepper. Mix gently.
