Recipe for Grandmothers Tuna Salad

Serves 24:
6 7 oz cans tuna, drained and flaked
2 cups celery (chopped)
12 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
3 cups red apples (chopped)
1 cup sweet pickle (chopped)
½ cup sweet pickle juice
1½ cup chicken broth
3 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Combine tuna and all chopped ingredients in large bowl. Blend remaining ingredients in bowl. Add to tuna mixture, tossing until well mixed.

Serve on lettuce leaves.
