Recipe for Mexican Sea Breeze Salad

Serves 6:
On salad plates divide the following:
6 cups mixed greens
2 cups crabmeat, chunked
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 ripe avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 yellow pepper, sliced in rings
1/2 cup sliced black olives

Dressing:
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Mix all dressing ingredients well and pour evenly over each salad.
