Serves 4:
2 7 oz. cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 (16 oz) package mixed salad greens
2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 cup red onion rings
1/3 cup red wine vinegar dressing
3 tablespoons dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions:
Drain and flake tuna.
Combine greens, oranges and onions.
Add dressing; lightly toss.
Top with tuna and peanuts.
