Ingredients (4 persons):
200 g Royal Greenland luxury prawns · ½ netted melon · 1 avocado · 100 g cucumber cut into small dices · bread
Sauce:
5 teaspoonful lemon juice · 3 teaspoonful salt · pepper · 2 decilitre virgin olive oil · 1 tablespoonful chopped dill
Cooking method:
Sauce: Blend together lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the oil slowly and stir to combine, and then garnish with dill.
Salad:
Defrost the prawns. Release the shell and stones from the melon and the avocado. Mix the prawns, melon, avocado and cucumber. Pour over the sauce and arrange each dish with salad leaves in the base. Serve with bread and fresh dill.
