1 (6 oz.) sashimi tuna, grilled, and split into pieces
2 T. mayonaise
2 T. sour cream, plain yogurt, or buttermilk
1 to 2 t. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 t. Dijon-style mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, use a fork and stir together mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Blend together until smooth.
Place the grilled tuna in a bowl. Add dressing to taste and stir to combine. Cover and chill until ready to use.
