25g salmon, 75g Mediterranean prawns, 75g sea scallops, 75g squids, caviare, onion, coriander shreds, mashed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chili, butter, salt, pepper
RECIPE
Fry the prawns in olive oil, put in butter, pepper, salt.
Scald the sea scallops and squids in boiling soup, then cool them down.
Mix up onion shreds, coriander shreds, mashed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, then add salt and pepper.
Place the salmon in a dish containing raw vegetables, garnished with lemon pieces, coriander and caviare.
Finally, put in chili juice.
