black & green olives
garlic powder
lemon juice from 4 lemons
olive oil
Directions
Clean and prepare all of the fish (pieces should be bite-sized) Cook in boiling water with salt.
Drain fish and place into mixing bowl:
Mix in celery, capers, parsley, pimentos, and olives. Sprinkle with garlic powder (to taste)
Mix together lemon juice & olive oil (lemon juice is the "vinegar")
Add lemon juice / olive oil dressing to salad and mix
