Recipe for Tropical Crab Salad


1 pound lump crab meat
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning salt
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped firm avocado
Mix the salad dressing, sour cream, wine, seasoning salt, and the lemon peel with a wire whisk. Combine the avocado, pepper, onion, and crab meat. Fold in dressing. Serve on red leaf lettuce with tropical fruit condiments. Serves 4.
