Serves 4:
2 7 oz. cans tuna
8 cups torn romaine lettuce
1/2 cup croutons
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
Ripe olives (optional)
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Drain and flake tuna
Combine greens, croutons and dressing; lightly toss.
Top with tuna, olives and cheese.
