1 1/2 pounds fish fillets. fresh or frozen
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Ginger Sauce
Parsley (garnish)
This will make 4 servings. Cut the fish into serving-size portions and sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper. Next. brush both sides of the fillets with Ginger Sauce. Place fillets on well-greased grill in smoke oven, about 4 inches from moderately hot coals and wet hickory chips. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Place the parsley on for garnish.
GINGER SAUCE
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
