Serves 24:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Crosse & Blackwell® Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Directions
NOTE: This preparation needs to be refrigerated for a total of 5 hours prior to being served.
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped smoked salmon, chopped green onions, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, garlic powder, and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in chopped walnuts then chopped parsley. Cover lightly and chill for at least 4 hours.
