Serves 4:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 onions
2 apples, sliced
8 ounces smoked snapper
1/2 teaspoon dillweed
Directions
In a medium bowl blend together sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar. Peel onions and cut into thin slices. Peel and quarter apples and cut into thin wedges. Blend the onions and apples with the sour cream sauce. In a oval dish, arrange smoked snapper and the apple/onion mixture in layers. Cover tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Sprinkle with dillweed.
