1 1/2 pounds smoked fish
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet pickle
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons minced onion
2 teaspoons finely chopped celery
1 clove garlic minced
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
First, you must remove the skin and bones from fish. Flake the fish well. Then, combine all ingredients and mix well and chill for at least one hour. This will make approximately 3 1/2 cups of spread.
