1 1/2 c. fish, cooked and flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and horseradish, liquid smoke, parsley and salt. Gently fold in fish. Chill thoroughly.
