Recipe for Clams With Angel hair pasta

Clams with Angel Hair Pasta .

2 tablespoons olive oil ½ pound cooked angel hair or spaghetti pasta
¾ cup green onions, sliced 1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons garlic, chopped ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 pounds hard clams ½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup tomatoes, chopped salt to taste
½ cup white wine


Hear olive oil in a large skillet. When hot, add greens onion and garlic. Cook until onions are limp (2-3 minutes). Add clams, tomatoes and wine. Cover and cook until clams open 5-6 minutes, depending on size of clams. Add pasta and remaining seasonings. Serve hot.
Yield: 4 servings
