1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
1 stick margarine
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
1 small can tomato sauce
1 or 2 lb. boned fish
salt and pepper to taste
Sauté in large pot the onion, bell pepper and margarine. Then add diced potatoes and put enough water to just cover potatoes. Cook until almost done. Then add fish and cook 10 minutes. Then add canned milk, tomato sauce and mash well. Then add seafood seasoning. If chowder is too thick, add some whole milk until the right consistency. Salt and pepper to taste
