1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
1 can tuna fish in water (drain and flake tuna)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1/8 tsp. crumbled dry thyme
In a large bowl with lid. Add all the above ingredients. Cover and microwave on high 10 minutes, stir after 5 minutes. Check to be sure vegetables are tender, more time may be needed. Place in serving bowls and top with Durkee French Fried onions in a can.
