Serves 4 - 6
1 pound cooked, peeled small shrimp or pieces of lg. shrimp
1 quart buttermilk
1 cucumber (med. size), peeled & chopped in small pieces
salt & pepper
chopped parsley or hard-cooked eggs
Put all ingredients except parsley/eggs in large bowl. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle parsley/eggs on top.
