1 lb. frozen sole, flounder, haddock,
or other flaky white fish
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. sherry
Butter
Parmesan cheese
Optional: extra shrimp, pieces of lobster, other seafood
Thaw fish according to package instructions and place in shallow baking pan. Add other ingredients. Dot with butter; sprinkle with cheese, cover and bake 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Serve over rice or puff pastry shells.
