Recipe for Tunisian Fish Soup

2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 lb. fish fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 med. onions, finely chopped
2 tsp. paprika
4 med. ripe tomatoes
4 c. water
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
